Before you begin.

Are the journals refillable?

The covers are designed to hold notebooks you can replace. A5 notebooks fit 14.8 × 21 cm; A6 notebooks fit 10.5 × 14.8 cm. The price list includes 60-page lined and blank notebooks.

What does a journal include?

Leather journals include two grommet pairs, cording and two charms. Clear journals include cording and two charms. The optional R80 Timekeeper’s Kit includes initial engraving, two charms, three stickers, a metal pen clip, a metal paper clip, a postcard and a bookmark.

Can I choose a custom size?

Yes. Custom sizing is listed for leather and clear journals. Send your requirements through Instagram for a quote. Leather journals offer bifold or trifold covers; the clear journal order card lists trifold.

How long does an order take?

The ordering highlight estimates approximately 10–15 days for your journal to be made and dispatched. This is the crafting and dispatch estimate, rather than an arrival date; confirm timing with your quote.

How much is delivery?

The journal price list shows PUDO locker-to-locker at R60 and locker-to-door at R85. These courier costs are separate from journal prices. The Mail Club has its own shipping-inclusive signup price.

What is the leather made from?

The leather range uses full-grain cowhide and is not vegan. Natural marks, textures and colour variations are part of the material. A separate clear journal range is also available.

How do I pay and place my order?

Screenshot and complete the appropriate card in the ordering highlight, then send it by Instagram DM. Clockwork Journals will provide your quote and EFT payment details. You may need to sign in to Instagram.
